Carmen Mesta was murdered - I knew it!
On November 10th, Y&R will air a special episode when different possible murder scenarios are played out. Interesting! It will be fun to watch.
I can't decide if I think it was Mr. Kim or Devon.

I think it will be Lily who killed Carmen. They are bringing back the old actress that played Lily for a reason, and I think this may be it.

It can't be Jack.
It can't be Brad.
It can't be Drucilla.
It can't be Neil.
That leaves Daniel, Lily, and Devon.
And I can't figure out who did it!
I hope that it turns out to be Sharon because her character is really getting on my nerves! Her character is really going nowhere, all she does in whine, whine, whine!!!
I think it could have been Mr. Kim. You can't put anything past Jack though. He seems innocent but he can put on a good act. Isn't it weird that he made it a point to call Carmen that night in front of Sharon as his witness.
I wouldn't put it past Brad either however. He is hell bent on protecting himself and his mother and if he thinks Carmen might have overheard his conversation with Victoria then I'm sure he'd go to all lengths to protect himself. Plus with wanting Newman to buy out her contract, all the more reason to kill her.
I think it was Mr. Kim because he knew she knew about the fact that Jack owned the business. But after yesterdays episode, it was looking that Dru killed her, i keep changing my mind, so i guess we'll have to find out.But shes been looking like a crazy person the last few episodes, she really needs to brush her hair. Anyways also she was freaking out in the previews when they thought it was Devon cause maybe she knows its really HER that killed Carmen.
I dont think it'll be Brad cause i think hes done enough killing on the show so it wouldnt be as exciting to find out he wasthe killer.
Im very doubtful it was any of the kids.
Mr. Kim did it. Mr. Kim was the one that Carmen had the affair with and she was blackmailing him.
I think it was the guy the night of the opening complimeneting all the women.. it was weird...

What abour Phyllis (who could be Sheila--although that may be too obvious)? She seems to be sweating quite a bit from the questioning and since she was the only one who acted like she liked Carmen, it would be difficult to pin it on her. Although I can't figure out what her motive would have been.
ok people you hear it hear first! Jenna is up to something, and so is Professor Corbell. Anyone ever realize that she has done EVERYTHING..to art, photography, babysitting...whenever she meets someone, she says she's done something different, in relation to that person. Why did Corbell look so nervous when Colleen was talking about Carmen's death?
Ok...I think Sharon killed Carmen. I think she found out Carmen was gonna blackmail Jack. Plus, she didn't want Carmen to do to Drucilla what Phyllis did to her! OooHHH!!!
I THINK THAT IT IS BRAD. WE ALREADY KNOW THAT HE IS CAPABLE OF MURDER. CARMEN OVER HEARD HIM AND VICTORIA TALKING ABOUT HIS REAL IDENTITY AND HE DID SAY THAT SHE CANNOT WALK AROUND WITH THAT INFORMATION.

here is my thought- I think it was Professor Corbell. We are not done with the story line of Brad and his past- I think Professor Corbell was going for Victoria but got Carmen instead. He knows too much about the art they were looking for. And now that he has made his move on Brads daughter there is more to question. There is something just not right about his charater.
I like the comment about the guy at opening night at the club. What was that all about anyway? Good thought.
I've been thinking alot and now wondering if it was Katherine Chancelor. Think of how she's not been sleeping lately and how weird she's been......
I THINK WILLIAM BARDWELL DID IT. IT MAY HAVE BEEN Mr. KIM, BUT IT WON"T BE A 'MAIN' CHARACTER I DON'T BELIEVE
i believe it was a hitman hired by mr kim. the motive is to protect his deal with jack. the reason the body was dumped in front of the club was to cover his tracks.
the only other possibility i can fathom is when paul talked to the guy at the old company where she was involved in a scandal, he (the ex) got nervous and decided to kill her to keep her from talking to anyone else.
personally I believe that it was professor corbell. Here is why:
-The night of the opening, you see him sneek into the club dressed in black, the perfect color if you dont want anyone to see you dumping a body.
-Then the times that Colleen brings up the death, he always looks so guilty and just agrees with her, plus he is one of the few people that has not been labeled as a suspect.
Perplexed, I am.
Not anyone too obvious.
I'm thinking someone from her past.
I have to say they've done a really good job at this one.
I can't wait to watch it tomorrow!
Is anyone getting tired of this scenario? I want to know who killed Carmen.
I've gone through everyone in my head and just can't put my finger on it.
I thought perhaps Jana is really Sheila and she killed her.
What's with the Sheila story line anyway?
And what's with the drama with Devon. Can't the guy just have his cochlear implants and move on? Geez.
I definitely think Mr. Kim killed her, he almost sounded pleased that she was dead and showed no remorse at all. He also had a reason to do it, but then again just about everyone had a reason to want carmen gone. The only thing I don't get is how Devon's DNA was found under her fingernails..nice twist.
Korbel killed her because she found out that he was really the brother of the man Brad murdered in the reliquary scheme!
Analyze this..... Brad Carlton is the killer. How could he possibly have been outside of Carmen's Suite the same time as Devon and not have left minutes after Devon. Devon doesn't have away of getting around, but by foot or by bus. It would have made it easier for Brad to stop Carmen and confront her about everything and of course Carmen got out of control and Brad got angry and that was done and then she lies in the alley of the Indiago..
Then again you do have Jana-the girl that has done all and seen all, Professor Corbell- the womanized prediator, Sharon-the love of her friend, and Phylsis-can't stand Dru.
Question: Is Phylsis getting on anyone else's nerves besides mine?
Personally, the writing is so sketchy that it makes it almost imossible for the viewer to make an educated guess.
The obvious is obvious. But is never the obvious.
They better get their writing chops together to start making me want to care about it any longer..

I read somewhere that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)'s contract is up. So maybe they will make it so that she's the one that killed Carmen if she has to leave anyway. Usually, with a good mystery like this, it's someone TOTALLY unexpected that did it. We'll see. I love a good mystery.
P.S. That Jenna is a real sneak, I dont trust her. haha

I think that Jack Abbot killed Carmen. He keeps acting like he has something to hide. If he did not kill her then he hire someone to kill her. All I know is Devon did not do it and either Dru knows something is up or maybe just maybe she might could have been envloved. Did you see the look on her face when Devon asked about the reciept? HMMMMMMMMM

They made a point of showing everyone he's a perv, and he can be done without in storyline!
I think that shela did it, because she has been in Genoa city for a while and wanted to get Michael out of the house so that he could get lauren and the baby.So she would kill carmen to keep michael working on the case.
I think that brad killed carmen he has proven to us that he can kill and go about his life like a normal person. He definatly had ther motive but on the other hand it could've been drucilla because of the parking pass that was found under her seat in her car
I think it was Korbel. I have really hardly any basis for this suspicion. I just get a feeling about him. Plus I don't think they're going to get rid of a major character after Ashley.
I think it was Devons mother, Yolanda. We know that she wanted Dru out of the picture so she could have Neil all to herself, and she also was high on meth around the time of the murder.
I honestly think that Jana killed Carmen. She just seems to have this weird obsession with it and she just seems so out of place with the other characters.
Maybe it was sheila! Wasnt she in town at the time of the killing? She figured michael would then be busy with the case, a perfect time for her to sneak in and get the baby...

Well after seeing today's episode I am convinced it's Korbel because they showed what looked like Carmen's body and Jana was sitting there and it was inside Korbel's house under like a bbq or something it was hard to tell.
